Rainy Days

There have been wild storms this weekend, so I decided to stay inside and make a skirt with my new sewing machine. When i dropped into the spotlight near me I discovered they have an enormous range of quilting fabrics in so many beautiful designs! I just had to buy some, and decided to display them in embroidery rings above my bed. I took lots of pictures so you can do it too.

Kitchen Table

Michelob and I wandered into this shop in Maribinyong when we where looking for desk ideas. Instead we found this awesome kitchen table. We don't really have room for it right now, but the plan is to buy a welder and build it one day....

I love the external metal that you can hang tins and pots off, and the recycled wood center.
